In May 2016, The Korea Economic Daily launched the Korean Investors, an English-language news and intelligence outlet which keeps the global asset management community updated with the latest news on Korean asset owners: pensions, sovereign wealth funds, savings funds, and insurers.
Since the launch, the Korean Investors published more than 370 articles on strategic and tactical asset allocation, external manager selection (RFPs), fundraising, and many other individual deals done by Korean institutional investors. We also closely follow key professionals of the organizations.
The Korean Investors is the country’s only alternative investment news provider in English, focusing on major Korean institutional investors, which serves as a platform for general partners to build networks with limited partners in South Korea.
National Pension Service, Korea Investment Corporation and Korea Post are our three major news sources, with total AUM of $800 billion. We also cover other public & private pensions, savings funds and insurers who are rapidly ramping up overseas alternative assets in their portfolios.
